Another Bad Review of Metro Comfort Masters of Atlanta/Stockbridge:

I keep getting messages from others who have had problems with Metro Comfort Masters of Atlanta/Stockbridge.  Here's another one:

Highlights from message received from Stephanie L. on July 1, 2008:

John,

My name is Stephanie L., and I read your comments in reference to Metro Comfort Masters.  I am dealing with the same problems since 2006.

I called their office at least ten times... asking when was the tech going to call me back and the secretary couldn't give me an answer.  My son and I had to get a hotel room to keep cool.  At this time, my husband was in Iraq...

Metro Comfort Masters threatened me that if another company touched the unit they would automatically void my warranty...

I cried... how frustrated this has been for me, how much time I had taken off work and how much money I had lost dealing with these @#**'s.

April 2008 called another company out and these are the problems the company found: the unit outside is an old replaced unit ...the unit outside and the unit upstairs are two different brand names, the duct is done incorrectly, there is rust in the unit upstairs and the list goes on and on...
